Just after his arrival he requested you to collect some comic books for the children's ward.

b) Collect rent from Toy Store 5 Times.
It's another easy task, If you have toy store, just supply 5 times the required goods, collect rent, that's it, for the comic books, you need to visit you collection tab, if you have all 3 then awesome news, if not ask from your friends through Wishlist.
