This is the second part of the ongoing Lunar New Year!!! Here Sam is requesting you to build something of the people of your city to celebrate. Here is what you need to do...
a) Have 1 Noodle Shop.
b) Collect from a Noodle Shop 5 Times.
c) Collect from the Post Office 2 Times.
First one is easy; go to your build menu, followed by the business sub menu, here find out & buy the noodle shop.
For the second part; supply 5 times to your new noodle shop.
Last part is time consuming, as it takes up to 2 days to complete this section. But if you read this early, & you are currently on first quest of the series (Lunar New Year); then don't harvest your Post Office till you reach to this quest, that will cut down the time to few good hours.
Reward: Dragon Dancers (check out your Inventory for this.)
