It's Holiday season & Zynga's CityVille is no exception, they have launched 6 new items regarding this Holiday season. See the Picture below to know all six items. You can now purchase any of these (if not all of these) with City Cash.
Go to your build menu; from there check out the "NEW" icon to purchase these items. here are how they cost you:
Seasonal Clothing Store - 20 City Cash - Requires 80 supplies; earns 368 coins
Hot Cocoa Shop - 15 City Cash - Requires 100 supplies; earns 441 coins
St Bernard - 5 City Cash
Gingerbread Man - 2 City Cash
Lawn Carolers - 10 City Cash
Mall Santa - 30 City Cash
Hot Cocoa Shop - 15 City Cash - Requires 100 supplies; earns 441 coins
St Bernard - 5 City Cash
Gingerbread Man - 2 City Cash

Mall Santa - 30 City Cash
Keep in mind that Zynga yet to declare the payout of St Bernard, Gingerbread Man, Lawn Carolers & Mall Santa; so you have to wait to get some coins from these items. The good news is, your payout will increase as you add more decorations.
Another wonderful thing i have noted down that Zynga yet to declare these items as Limited editions items, so you can still enjoy these after the Holiday season gets over.
