Earlier todays Zynga launch a new quest across it's City Ville Players. The quest is WINTER CLOTHING.
When players open their game for playing; the new pop up comes up as Samantha informed you that your citizens are freezing! Collect winter clothes to keep them warm!
In total you have to collect 21 cloths for you citizens. You need 7 Winter Mittens, 7 Winter Coats & 7 Winter Hats.
You don't need to spend any coins for this quest, but you have to ask your neighbors to help you, they have to send all 21 items.
Completing this task unlock "Warm Cloths".
Not sure though but i guess this is the first part of winter Clothing series.
